Sales Support Assistant

The order has come in. It’s up to you to make sure everything’s sorted from there on.

As a Sales Support Assistant at KappersFoods, you will be responsible for processing the purchase and sales orders placed by our Sales Managers. You will organise transport, prepare the relevant documentation and keep track of stock levels and invoicing.

To do this, you’ll be in daily contact with customers, suppliers, agents and hauliers. You’ll keep the lines of communication short and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. This ensures that both the administrative work and the logistical arrangements run smoothly.

Your workplace? Our office in Cuijk. KappersFoods does not have its own production facilities or warehouse. You will therefore coordinate all processes from the office: an administrative role at the heart of the international food trade.

Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can cope well under pressure and is able to work independently. You are able to build good relationships and are also flexible enough to adapt quickly in an environment that can sometimes change rapidly.

We are also looking for:

• A team player with at least an MBO+ level of thinking and working.
• Work experience in an international business environment, preferably in a logistics administration role, is an advantage.
• An excellent command of Dutch and (professional-level) English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Proficiency in German is an advantage, as is proficiency in other foreign languages.
